The NCU-CNSA and SIM's lab have to come together to create a ECG Workshop for Collaboartive Nursing students to practice and learn how to do ECG's with our Advanced Practice Nurse and Educator, Seema Seth, a proud TMU alumna!

What to expect:
Review of ECG basics
Intro to ECG & Demonstration
Hands-on practice with peers
Snacks & Goodie bags provided
and more!!
Things to keep in mind:
Students will be practicing ECG lead
placement with one another.
This may require partial removal of upper
body clothing for proper lead placement.
Students are encouraged to wear a tank top
or sports bra to allow for comfortable
participation.
We highly recommend you sign-up with a friend because some exposure will be involved

Meet Our Instructor:
Seema Seth
RN, BScN, MN
Advanced Practice Nurse and Educator
Cardiology, Cardiovascular and Vascular Surgery-D3 | Schulich Heart Program | Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre
Seema Seth is an Advanced
Practice Nurse and educator with
eight years of experience in the
Schulich Heart Program,
including clinical practice in the
Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
(CICU), Schulich Short Stay Unit,
and Cardiovascular Surgery
Inpatient Unit. She has
completed Cardiology Nursing
(CC1) and Critical Care
Certification at George Brown
College. Seema holds both a
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
(BScN) and a Master’s in Nursing
(MN) degree from Toronto
Metropolitan University (TMU).
As a proud TMU alumna, Seema
is excited to share her knowledge
and passion for cardiology with
future nurses.
