All You Need Is Truffles
 
Chocolate truffles are not only easy to make, but very versatile when it comes to adding gourmet flair. It is knowing the techniques and having an understanding of the flavor profiles that will take yours to an elevated level.
 
This workshop offers the opportunity to learn in a production style setting, where each person will be able to handcraft their own twelve truffles with a variety of coatings and flavors, then package them in a decorative Valentine's Day theme box to take home and enjoy or gift to a special someone. Recipes will be provided, and a fresh cut rose for each participant. 
 
Light refreshments will be served compliments of Baking With Vonella.
