The Chocolate Experience: History and Tasting

 
A fun and informative tasting class for the serious chocolate afficionado.                                          
 You will learn the history and production of this world loved confection, as well as some basic steps on how to purchase, store, and correctly sample it.                              
 
There are over 400 varieties currently in production. Do you really know which one is your favorite ?
 
Each participant will be provided with seven samples from around the world to taste and discuss, in addition to recipes, wine pairing recommendations, as well as a chance to win a chocolate themed gift basket with a value of $50.00 ! (Name will be drawn while participants are present.)
 
Light refreshments will be served compliments of Baking With Vonella.
