Would you like to have fun adding colour to fabric using techniques which are simple and easy?
Then, come and spend three hours trying out three fun techniques.

Transfer dyes. Using disburse dyes, you will paint a design on paper and transfer it to fabric with a hot iron.
Marbling with Shaving Cream. Forget the chemicals, using shaving cream as a base makes marbling fabric easy!
Heat Transfer. Don’t like to draw but would like to add an element to fabric or clothing? Easy, with some paper and a hot iron.

Registration cost: $30.00 Kit cost: $10.00 Each registrant will take home 6 dyed pieces.
Duration: 3 hours. 10am – 1pm Sunday,  Sept. 10 at the Museum. Limit 10 people.

Please bring rubber gloves, a foil tray (baking sheet size) a container to transport the completed pieces and an apron is strongly recommended. Your own mug and a lunch if required.
