~ Notebook & Pen
~ Wear comfortable clothes, button up the front shirt (preferable)...TO REVERSE FOR MODESTY
~ One top sheet and one bottom sheet
~ A pillow to provide comfort for your legs/back
~ A pillow case for the face cover
~ A blanket for warmth (optional)
~ Fractionated Coconut oil (if you have some)
~ Your doTERRA number (if you have one)!
~ Water and a healthy snack for you
~ PACK A LUNCH...WE WILL BE DOING A WORKING LUNCH
~ Bring a massage table if you have access to one (FREE gift if you inform the hostess* you'll be bringing one!)

*Spouses are welcome to participate but they must register and pay the class fee. All participants will receive certification.
*The $149 class price is for the training, certification, and student kit. This price cannot be reduced even if you already have the oils.
