"Dog Day Afternoon" Comes to The Lincoln

The Lincoln inaugurates a monthly “Dog Day Afternoon,” welcoming dogs to the iconic Venice watering hole opened earlier this spring. This event features a visit from a puppy up for adoption from No Kill LA (NKLA, an initiative of Best Friends Animal Society (http://bestfriends.org)), and another community canine ambassador. All

guests are invited to bring their pooches to the patio. In order to make guests’ dogs feel right at home on a lazy midsummer afternoon and evening, the bar will offer dog treats, water bowls, toys, and mixing and mingling in canine camaraderie. day, an opportunity to support Best Friends (and a matching donation for every dollar given to the organization on the day), AND, for the first time ever at The Lincoln, 100% all beef hot dogs! Featured cocktails include Bark at the Moon (Gin, Punt e Mes, Amaretto, Mandarin, Lemon, and Egg); The Hound of the Baskervilles (Vodka, Chartreuse, Grapefruit and Smoked Salt); and The Mystery Machine (Rum, Fernet, Lemon, Pineapple and Mole)—all at $10-- and a Rosé flight for $12.
