Our 5.5 hour workshop is aimed at managers, marketing staff, sales staff and business owners who want to effectively market their business, find leads and then convert those leads into sales.  You will learn the process from the beginning to the end, what we refer to as the sales and marketing funnel. 

We will teach you the marketing and sales fundamentals that all businesses need to successfully brand and market their business.  As part of the workshop you will start to work on your very own marketing plan - we don't just talk about it, we do it.   As with most of our workshops we like to mix it up with slideshows, videos, group discussions and tasks to work on.

• Tracking & monitoring - how to, and why this is important

A minimum of 2 and maximum of 7 attendees
