Welcome to the Warden's Conference, a dedicated monthly gathering designed to empower and educate the senior deacon, senior warden, and junior warden of our lodges. This event is an invaluable opportunity for officers to deepen their understanding of their roles, exchange insights, and build a supportive network. While the conference is focused on the Wardens any Master Mason in Good Standing is eligible to attend. Contrary to popular belief, the Wardens Conference features a different discussion topic each month.
This Month's Subject and Short Talk:
| TN Masonic Code - Short Talk "The Plumb" |
Our conference features expert-led sessions, interactive workshops, and engaging discussions on a wide range of topics crucial for effective lodge leadership. Participants will gain practical knowledge, enhance their skills, and leave with actionable strategies to implement in their positions.
Join us in fostering a community of well-prepared and confident leaders who are ready to guide our lodges toward continued success. Your journey to becoming a more effective and inspired officer starts here at the Warden's Conference.
