An excellent course for newly licensed Realtors and for residential and junior commercial agents who want to know more about commercial real estate. Course offers an overview of commercial real estate and how it differs from residential real estate. You will learn to distinguish and understand the broker's role and discover the different types of commercial properties, terms, valuation methods, marketing and resources for further education. It provides the resources needed to pursue a commercial transaction and/or a career in commercial real estate. A Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) course.

Fuentes is a wealth of information having commercial and international real estate experience for 30 years. He holds the prestigious CCIM (Commercial Specialist), CIPS (International Specialist) and TRC (Transnational Referrals Certification) designations. His travels provide opportunities for international deals in the Caribbean, Latin America and the U.S.
