What is Training Lab’s Digital Organisation course?

Digital disorganisation can cost your company, staff performance and overall time. It can lead to unnecessary stress and complication which means teams and individuals can become unproductive.

Our course focuses on giving people the practical digital skills that can be applied within organisations, to make you and your team’s digital word more efficient.  It aims to improve people’s organisation and communication skills, free up time and thus reduce digital stress. As a result, teams and individuals become more effective and productive.

We concentrate on ensuring the practical skills learnt are sustained in your organisation by offering extra support to your nominated staff who would like to become the digital organisation champions. Champions then help out on the day of training to ensure all staff are able to keep moving through the course and understand the skills being taught.  They can also help staff maintain these skills by helping them in the workplace.

When do you use it?

You can use these skills in the workplace and at home to save time and be more organised and efficient in the digital world.

You will learn to

  • Organise your digital world.
  • Manage digital stress.
  • Use your time more efficiently.
  • Coordinate your emails and files effectively.
  • Keep track of the right versions of files.
  • Save documents logically, therefore easier to find.
  • Increase team communications online.
  • Ensure tasks are written effectively for action.
  • Up-skill in Microsoft Office.

Structure: 1 day training. Requirement you will need to bring your own laptop installed with the full version of Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
