This training will help you differentiate between comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy and informed Dialectical Behavior Therapy and the ethics of utilizing principles in treatment. You will learn ways to determine level of care for people dealing with complex emotions and behaviors and when to look for higher levels of care. You will also learn practical skills for implementing dialectical thinking strategies, validation and mindfulness in your own practice for the treatment of emotional, cognitive, interpersonal, self and behavioral dysregulation.
