Megan Kill (BS, MS) is a Senior Manager; Implementation & Capacity Building at BAO Systems. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of North Dakota and subsequently her master’s degree in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Since then, she has worked in the international development space as a data manager on various epidemiological research projects, developed a number of different online public health courses and tutorials, and has extensive experience in implementing and managing digital information systems and developing capacity building materials to support their adoption. Megan strives to develop sustainable technology that allows for more informed decision making, and ensures capacity is built on these digital solutions in a way that pedagogically aligns with the types of adult learners using these digital solutions.

Ms. Lew brings over 15 years of public health experience with an emphasis in health information systems, data management, and data analytics, visualization and use. Before joining BAO Systems, she supported NGO country programs and headquarters with customization and implementation of data analytics platforms to drive program adaptive management and improvement. Having worked in multiple countries across Asia and Africa, she has keen insight into the business requirements of our clients. Ms. Lew serves as a conduit between clients, product management, and product development, helping to drive strategy and improve product functionality to meet client needs.

Lars is a software engineer and architect with more than 14 years of experience in building web and integration solutions. He brings deep expertise in systems architecture, databases, data modeling, data analytics, and web API design. Lars is the co-founder of BAO Systems and has served as the lead developer of DHIS2, the worlds largest information system within the international development domain at the Univeristy of Oslo, and recently transitioned to BAO Systems fulltime as the CTO.
