Smisha Agarwal, PhD, MPH, MBA, BDS, is the Director of the Center for Global Digital Health Innovation and Associate Professor in the Department of International Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She brings expertise in advancing primary health care through strengthening community health systems and leveraging innovative technological solutions including digital devices. A part of her research has focused on using predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms based on routine monitoring data to enhance our understanding of quality of care, create safety nets to care for high-risk populations and improve effectiveness of reproductive health services. Over the last two decades, her research has been leveraged by normative agencies like WHO to develop guidelines on national digital transformation, donors to guide investments in primary health care, and governments to develop their national digital health strategies. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Oxford Open Digital Health Journal.

Paul is the Managing Director of Vantage Health Technologies, a part of the BroadReach Group where the key objectives are to create solutions for the world's most complex health challenges and address inequities in healthcare systems. He is able to offer tangible experience of delivery in transformation and change programmes. He is a passionate, customer-focused leader leading through values-based leadership. He understands how to optimize core digital systems while augmenting program and company performance through the introduction of appropriate and effective digital solutions.

Megan Kill (BS, MS) is a Senior Manager; Implementation & Capacity Building at BAO Systems. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of North Dakota and subsequently her master’s degree in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Since then, she has worked in the international development space as a data manager on various epidemiological research projects, developed a number of different online public health courses and tutorials, and has extensive experience in implementing and managing digital information systems and developing capacity building materials to support their adoption. Megan strives to develop sustainable technology that allows for more informed decision making, and ensures capacity is built on these digital solutions in a way that pedagogically aligns with the types of adult learners using these digital solutions.

Lars is a software engineer and architect with more than 14 years of experience in building web and integration solutions.
