Dental Associates of Arlington will be hosting Dentistry With A Heart event!
The practice will offer free dental exams, cleanings, extractions and fillings to members of the community who otherwise could not afford dental care.
· No appointments necessary
· First come, first served basis
· Patients are asked to bring state issued I.D., a current list of medications, and health history
· All treatments will be free of charge
· Only for patients who cannot afford normal dental health care or for patients who do not have dental insurance
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This is for 18 years old or older. For under 18, must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is across the street in a parking lot (on Millbrook Drive). There is also street parking as well.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please bring state-issued ID, a current list of medications, and health history.
Can anyone attend the event?
This event is only for patients who cannot afford normal dental health care or for patients who do not have dental insurance.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Please note that this is a first come, first served basis. Please confirm a ticket to make sure we know the total attendance.
