When it comes to embracing diversity, it is about saying less and doing more.
This October, show your support for children with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties by taking part in the World Dyslexia Awareness Week (WDAW), organised by the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS), from 1 October to 6 October 2019.
Cheer for Singapore’s football legends as they play to raise funds for the DAS Bursary Fund. Join in the first-ever Walk for Dyslexia around the Gardens by the Bay. Find out more about dyslexia and learning differences at an exhibition at UOB Atrium.
If you are a parent of a school-going child, you can also find out his or her socio-emotional difficulties at a seminar or bring the child for free screening for dyslexia. Or, simply wear red to show support for dyslexia in a worldwide campaign!
