Last year, Dance Instead brought you "A Conversation With Misty" and what an honor it was to present Misty Copeland to Northwest Ohio!

Dance Instead is a lifestyle organization devoted to inspiring young people to choose DANCE instead of destructive behavior such as drugs, drinking, drama, and despair.

We are gearing up for our 2017 events and the search is on for four models to be Dance Instead ambassadors. The four models chosen will get receive VIP tickets to welcome our next guest speaker (revealed in Spring, 2017) and many other perks...

On Thursday December 29th from 10AM-Noon we are having a DANCE MODEL SEARCH!

For $25 you will participate in a dance photoshoot (your best two photos will be provided as a digital download to you within 30 days of the photoshoot).

You will also be considered for one of the Dance Instead model positions.

YOUR photo could become one of the wiinning shots and will be used in Dance Instead promotional material to help promote the positive choice of choosing DANCE instead of so many negative things.

To participate, models must: 

--be between the ages 8-20

--dance attire must be black (leotard, shorts, etc.), however any pop of color accessory is allowed.

--must be able to stay for the entire duration of the session (doors open at 10:00 and we will dismiss at noon)

--full makeup is encouraged!

--be prepared to answer the question "Why do you choose dance instead..." in 1-2 sentences.
