The workshop format includes a 30 minute presentation followed by a 30 minute hands-on workshop with a break in between. 

Faraz's bio:

Faraz Roshanizand holds a Bachelor's in Chemical and Civil Engineering, but his passion has always been in education. In 2018, he moved to Finland to pursue a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences. Alongside working full-time as a coach and educator at Vantaa Skills Center, Faraz also completed a second Master’s in Changing Education and earned his teacher’s qualification. In August 2023, he took on a new role as a career coach at Omnia, where he continues to guide individuals with international backgrounds in their job search and career development.

Nordic Inclusify

Nordic Inclusify ry (originally Nordic Diversify) was born in the fall of 2020 as the brainchild of a group of recruiters who wanted to see more attention paid to diversity and inclusion in recruitment. As the community started to grow, membership was opened to all people interested in the topic regardless of their profession. The community currently operates primarily in a Slack workspace, which is open for anyone who wants to join. We also host events both online and in person to raise awareness of different topics around diversity, equity and inclusion within recruitment, talent strategy, and employer branding.
