Join us at the 2025 Canadian Pool & Spa Conference & Expo—hosted by the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada (PHTCC), and a special Customer Experience workshop presented by the Canadian Swim School Alliance (CSSA) and Crestcom. This interactive session will inspire, challenge, and equip leaders in the aquatics industry with tools to grow their teams and business.

In this highly interactive session, we will explore practical tools for delivering exceptional customer service—both to your internal and to your external customers. These days, building loyal customer relationships requires delighting customers at every touch point. 

Through engaging activities and discussions, we will highlight the power of impactful communication and active listening, and how these skills foster trust, strengthen relationships, and create customers for life.

The Canadian Swim School Alliance (CSSA) was built to provide swim schools and others in aquatics with best-practice standards within our own industry. Organizations that are members of CSSA have resources that fuel their business, ultimately best servicing their customers. We also have a community that can advocate for each other and has a willingness to share resources. We're stronger together!

Tali Bar-Or has been a trainer and facilitator for over 20 years in both the US and Canada. She has led training sessions for thousands of leaders in a wide range of industries and levels.

 

For the past 15 years, Tali has been Lead Facilitator for Crestcom Canada.  In 2018, Tali became the Lead Global Facilitator for Crestcom International.  In 2019, she was the recipient of Crestcom International’s Facilitation Award for facilitation excellence and for improving facilitation globally.

 

With a background in business and performance, Tali’s approach is creative and fun.  Her passion is in engaging people and helping them to implement learnings for impactful results.  

 

Tali is a firm believer in lifelong learning for herself too - she recently completed two Business Essentials Certificates - in Communication and in Leadership - from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
