Call for speakers
Join other HR luminaries and practitioners on the EMBARC 2021 stage! We're looking for HR leaders who wish to share their success stories, trials and tribulations, sparks of innovation, and other insights with fellow thought leaders. If you'd like to present at the EMBARC 2021 HR Innovators Summit, please submit a speaking abstract for consideration by July 15, 2021. EMBARC 2021 attendees will experience an ocean-side oasis at the Pasea Hotel & Spa, the perfect backdrop for reimagining the future of the workplace. Pasea offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Relax in cabanas, lush sofa loungers, swinging chairs, or just take in the sights from the private balcony in every room. CareerArc has negotiated a special discount for guests staying at the hotel: $269 per night (plus taxes and tourism fees). The resort fee is included in the room rate (value of $35 per room, per night), which includes:
- Access to fitness center
- Two complimentary bottles of water per guestroom and replenished daily
- Complimentary wifi throughout resort
- In-room Keurig machine with daily coffee and tea for two guests
- Complimentary Pasea Flip Flops
- Complimentary use of Pasea's Beach Butler program, including: surfboard storage, beach cruisers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels (subject to availability)
How to book your stay
Book your stay here by September 14, 2021 or until the room block is full. If you would prefer to book over the phone, please call Pasea Reservations at 1-866-478-9702 extension 1 for reservations, then extension 2 for group reservations. The group code is ARC0621 or reference "CareerArc EMBARC HR Innovators Summit." You must book through the CareerArc EMBARC room block to get the negotiated rate of $269 per night plus taxes and tourism fees. Guests may arrive and stay up to two (2) days before or three (3) days after the conference dates at the prenegotiated room rates based on availability in the room block. Please book your rooms quickly as the room block will fill up. (Current posted rates for this highly desirable time period are much higher.)
