Cultural Assessment Data Walk

In late June, Home Forward took part in a Cultural Assessment designed to:

• Identify organizational values in relation to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Understand how those values are operationalized and institutionalized
• Discover the cultural and systemic barriers to be an equitable, inclusive, and diverse organization
• Determine opportunities for action toward building a more equitable, inclusive, and diverse organization

The assessment was carried out by independent contractor Monica Cox of Ten02 Consulting in partnership with the Center for Equity and Inclusion (https://ceipdx.org/) with a commitment to distribute report findings to all staff upon completion.

To kick off the rollout of this information, we are extending a Data Walk. This is an optional opportunity for staff to get a high-level overview of the findings in preparation for the agency release of the report on 9/30.
