YOU ASKED. HE IS BACK. ALL DAY THIS TIME.
You remember Brad Anderson.
He ran one session at the CSSA conference and most of you were in the room for it. The feedback was strong enough that we went straight back and booked him again.
This time we have him for a full day.
Tuesday 29 September. BraeBen Golf Course, Mississauga. 9am to 3pm with Brad J. Anderson, President of Blueprint Training.
WHY THIS MATTERS
A parent calls your swim school. They ask what it costs. You tell them. They say they will think about it.
You never hear from them again.
Price gets the blame for that one. The real work happened earlier. By the time a parent asks what it costs they have already decided how they feel about your school. They decided it from how long the phone rang. From whether the person who answered sounded like they cared which child they were talking about. From whether anybody asked them a single question back.
A parent enrols because of how the whole thing felt. Six hours on how your team creates that feeling on purpose.
WHAT A FULL DAY CHANGES
At the conference Brad showed you the thinking. On 29 September you practise it until it is yours. A significant chunk of the day is role-play. Real phone calls, real front-desk scenarios, Brad in the room coaching you through it while you get it wrong and then get it right.
WHAT YOU WILL WALK OUT WITH
A repeatable way to run the parent experience from first contact through to enrolment. A way of working your whole team can run the same way, every time.
The day covers:
- Strong first impressions with parents. Building trust, comfort and rapport quickly
- A set of qualification questions that tell you who the parent is and what matters most to them
- Working out how they heard about you and how familiar they already are with your programs
- Turning your programs into the things parents care about. Safety, confidence, skill development, peace of mind
- Value-based talking points your whole team can use the same way
- Confidently asking for the enrolment. Recognising when a parent is ready to move
- Handling the objections you hear every week. Price, scheduling, "she is not ready yet"
EXPECT TO PRACTISE
You will not be sitting still for six hours. Come ready to have a go in front of people who run the same business as you.
WHO SHOULD COME
Owners, managers, front desk and customer service staff. Anyone who answers your phone. Send more than one person if you can. The teams that get the most out of this are the ones who go back and practise together.
