Creative Zen is a calm and imaginative journey that combines meditation, relaxation and mindfulness practicies with art-making and creative writing.
Each week of Creative Zen will focus on a different theme such as:
The Creative Zen group will be for girls ages 12-17 and will run for 6 Tuesdays starting Tuesday, November 8th from 4:30 - 6pm.
