Creative Zen is a calm and imaginative journey that combines meditation, relaxation and mindfulness practicies with art-making and creative writing.
Each week of Creative Zen will focus on a different theme such as:
The Creative Zen Summer group will be for girls ages 12-17 and will run for 4 Tuesdays starting Tuesday July 12 from 4:30pm-6pm.
