What does it actually take to build a career in tech, healthcare, engineering, or business — and what does AI have to do with it?

Cracking the Code is a full-day career immersion experience for high school and college students ready to move beyond "what do you want to be when you grow up" and into real conversations with real professionals about what the future of work actually looks like. We will feature speakers from companies such as Microsoft, Accenture, ABM, and more!

Your day includes:

A fireside chat with industry leaders who will talk honestly about their careers, how AI is reshaping their industries, and what they wish they had known earlier.

Career Pathway Labs — two 75-minute breakout sessions where you step into a real industry scenario alongside professionals and work through a problem that has no easy answer. You will not be watching a presentation. You will be in the room making the call.

Labs are available in four tracks: Tech & Digital Innovation, Healthcare, Engineering & Infrastructure, and Business, Finance & Consulting.

Lunch is provided. No experience required. This day is designed for students who are curious, ambitious, and ready to see what a career could actually look like for someone who looks like them.

Space is limited. Register now to secure your spot and select your breakout preferences.
