Sky View Tower is located on a prominent site in Downtown Dubai, The Address Residence Sky View is a 60-storey twin-tower development which features a dramatic Sky Bridge, spanning between the two towers at 220 meters above the Ground. The Sky Bridge holds luxury duplex apartments, a swimming pool and leisure deck, spa, open bar and restaurant, and offers spectacular views to Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf. The towers include a 165-key, 5-star Address Hotel, 540 serviced apartments and MEP floors. The podium and basement house amenities, MEP areas and parking spaces for 1,400 cars. Designed in a mega portal shape, the building presents a significant challenge in structural engineering design, temporary work and construction.
