This 3-Hour Core Law class is for licensed real estate agents who completed the 11 hours of specialty credit through other course work and ONLY need the Core Law portion of the Licensing Renewal course requirements. (Note, this course is for real estate agents who already completed their initial 45-hour post-licensing class.)

There is NO test!

This is a state-approved course. Be sure to bring your real estate license number. Punctuality and full attendance are required for CE credits. 

Instructor: Edward "Ed" Anderson, Senior Instructor and proprietor of the Ed Anderson Real Estate School. Anderson has vast real estate experience having nearly 30 years as a broker-owner and property manager. He is past president of the Central Pasco Association of REALTORS.
