Fast Track Mamas Walking Group
Fast Track Mamas began as a simple solo routine—just one mama, a stroller, and a need to move. In the early postpartum days, I started walking alone, using those moments to breathe, reset, and reconnect with my body after the life-changing experience of becoming a mother. But as time passed, I realized: I didn’t have to do this alone—and neither do you.
What started as a personal workout turned into something so much more. Fast Track Mamas is now a community of strong, motivated women who meet weekly for fast-paced stroller walks across various parks in our area. These walks aren’t just leisurely strolls—they’re intentional, heart-pumping workouts designed to challenge and uplift. We wear hand weights, ankle weights, and even weighted vests to safely level up our fitness while still being alongside our little ones.
Our walks are stroller-only to keep the pace strong and consistent, and to allow mamas to focus on fitness while staying close to their babies or toddlers. It’s an empowering way to exercise with your child, not despite them.
But this group is about more than just physical strength. It’s about emotional support, real-life encouragement, and community. In the often-overlooked postpartum season—and every stage of motherhood after—it’s so important to have a tribe of like-minded women to lean on.
