Join us for this demonstration to discover the vibrant flavors and health benefits of Mediterranean cooking! This class will cover the ingredients and techniques that are essential to the cuisine. All recipes will be shared with participants so they can try them in their own kitchen. The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health.
