Dr. Cary L. Dicken is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist at RMA of New York – Long Island, where she’s been helping patients grow their families since 2020. She earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her residency at Columbia University, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident. She then completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Montefiore Medical Center. Prior to joining RMA, she spent over six years as Associate Medical Director at the Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine in New York City. Known for her warmth and honesty, Dr. Dicken is deeply committed to guiding patients through fertility care with both compassion and clarity. She is currently accepting new patients for virtual or in-person visits.
Frank Ullman was raised in Port Washington. He is the proud single father of two daughters, Kleo and Frankie. Since 2001, Frank has been a real estate investor involved in the ownership of supermarket-anchored shopping centers. Prior to Frank’s return to Port Washington, he lived in Washington, DC, and was employed as a research analyst with the Urban Institute, a Washington, DC-based “Think Tank” and the National Governors’ Association. Between earning his undergraduate and graduate degrees, he was a public high school social studies and history teacher in Brunswick, GA. He has served on numerous not-for-profit boards, including, currently, the Sands Point Preserve Conservancy and Landmark on Main Street, LLC, which operates the housing component at Landmark. Previously, he served on the Boards of the Port Washington Children’s Center, Landmark on Main Street, Inc., which operates the community center in Landmark, and the Long Island LGBT Network.
Ellen Diamond, LMSW (She/Her/Hers) Ellen is going into her eighth year as director and mental health professional of Ga’avah, a year round program for LGBTQ youth ages 5-17, a program of the Friedberg JCC. Ellen earned a B.S degree in Early childhood and elementary education at NYU and a Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University. Ellen served on the Adelphi University LGBTQ Task force, conducts twice monthly support groups for parents of LGBTQ youth and has spoken on panels regarding gender expansive youth. Ellen lives in Merrick NY with her son Noah, a 26 year old transgender/nonbinary young adult. In addition, she has two cisgender adult children, Jenny and Michael and is the proud grandma of Shay.. Ellen likes to think of herself as the unofficial mother/grandmother of all the Ga’avah kids and staff as well as a fierce advocate!
