This is a basic contract-writing class. Students will be given a written scenario about a Buyer making an offer on a property, the Buyer & Seller negotiating through the offer & counter-offers in order to reach a Binding Agreement.
Various scenarious will be provided.
Agents will spend the class writing up the offer & counter offers on blank forms based on the scenarios. We will thoroughly discuss contract offer & acceptance in this fun & interactive approach.
Students are encouraged to bring their laptops. This class is designed for new licensees, agents new to Georgia and agents who want a brush-up on writing contracts!
