Conflict in the workplace can be one of the biggest drains on leadership’s time as we must actively work to avoid it, mitigate it, or resolve it. CIA explores more than just the resolution of disputes in the workplace. This training provides ways to proactively identify situations where conflict may occur by exploring themes such as generational differences, communication styles, lack of clarity, and more. It provides techniques for acting in the role of mediator to resolve unhealthy conflict that is unavoidable. When conflicts arise, enlightened leaders and managers have the presence of mind to differentiate substance from static and steer their teams away from unnecessary conflict and focus on respectful interactions.
