A Florida Realtors® CE Course

This course is for the new real estate agent and as a refresher course for the seasoned Realtor. It focuses on drafting effective purchase and sales agreements and/or addendums. You will be able to explain the agreement to a customer/client, and identify the proper timing and use of the appropriate disclosures. Through this knowledge, and effective communication, the incidence of litigation arising from poorly drafted agreements may be minimized. Course is state-approved for 4-CE credit hours.

Important: State-approved course for 4-CE credit hours. Punctuality and full attendance are required. Be sure to bring your real estate license.
