The Corporate buddy sponsorship is where generous sponsors are paying half of your training fee to support you as a school leader, teacher or nurse to navigate the daily challenges of your job. Communication transformation 12 month package

Register for the 12 month Communication transformation training package. Includes NASA's validated Process Communication Model ®, Leading Out of Drama ®, Emotional Assertiveness ®, Resilience and Risk Culture programs, webinars and more.   (Note this training package is combined with NSW Department of Education school leaders and teachers, our corporate sponsors, business and individual clients interested in personal and professional development. 

Structure of the 12 month program:

Start: 2 consecutive days face to face training:

  • 1st day of training: Process Communication Model ® Key to Me course. 
  • 2nd day of training: Mental wellbeing, resilience and risk culture © 1 day workshops.

Half way through 12mth program: 1 day Leading Out of Drama ® course & opportunity to repeat day 1 & day 2.

  • 3rd day of training: Leading out of Drama ® 1 day Core Topics course. (6 months later or select your preferred date)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy applies.  If you have taken the PCM Personality Profile Inventory a $500 cancellation fee applies.  You can transfer to the next program free of charge if cancelled 1 week before commencement.  If within the week a $250 transfer fee will apply due to venue charges for your catering to Training Lab. * We will only charge you if we are charged by the hotel.  We do understand things can happen last minute, generally a no show requires full cancellation costs however we will aim to put you in another program minus venue charges. 

Regardless if you have registered and payments by invoice are in the process or paid upfront via credit card, all persons who have taken the Process Communication Model Profile, Leading Out of Drama profile or Emotional Assertiveness profile will be charged $500 per person per profile due to international charges applied to Training Lab.  You will receive your profile/s and profile consult which will be arranged.
