2. Current knee arthroscopy guidelines àddressed in the NCCI policy manual.
3. Proper usage of the modifier 59 and modifiers for the toes.
4. Choosing the right codes for ankle and toe fusions and arthrodesis
5. Assigning the 2017 codes for bunion repairs.
