This innovative programme is designed to empower individuals by cultivating and strengthening leadership skills while enhancing self-efficacy in both their professional and personal lives. Through personalised one-on-one coaching, participants receive external, independent, and professionally informed support that brings fresh perspectives, new insights, and genuine empathy. Delivered through an intersectional lens, the programme features a graduation ceremony and an exclusive masterclass with a distinguished leader.
Learning Outcomes:
Through tailored sessions the Leadership Coach will collaborate with each participant to:
- Cultivate high-performance behaviours essential for realising full potential and achieving sustainable success.
- Explore and address the potential impact of workplace dynamics/culture and how this affects the participant's professional journey.
- Strengthen resilience, inner confidence and emotional intelligence to navigate challenges with clarity and a focus on continuous growth.
- Cultivate a profound understanding of one's professional and personal identity, empowering participants to authentically embrace and leverage them inherent strengths and potential.
Following each coaching call the participant will receive a follow up email with bullet point summary actions and links to resources and recommendations.
Who: Men and women from diverse ethnic communities from the Football Club Charity network that have an interest in developing their leadership skills and are either a current or emerging leader.
When and where: hybrid, both online and face to face
February – June 2026 – five monthly 1:1 one hour mentoring sessions to be organised with the coach. The sessions will take place online.
September 2025– masterclass and celebration event in London (this will be an in-person event)
