All New York and New Jersey partners are encourged to join us for the first in a series of virtual sessions addressing health equity. This first webinar is titled "Advancing Health Equity." It will highlight next steps, resources, and technical assitance offered by the CMS Office of Minority Health, along with their plans for addressing equity.
Future sessions will focus on the work we have to do to advance equity in our region as we solicit your feedback. We also hope to use the series to highlight the good work and innovative best practices to advance equity which have been put forth by our State and Local partners, community organizations and providers. Log-in information will be shared to those who register in advance of the session.
