If you have lots of tumbling experience, this is the class for you!
The skills taught in this class are:
Round-off–Back handsprings (single and/or multiple)
Back tucks/pikes (standing and in passes)
Back layouts (in passes)
Front handsprings
Front tucks/pikes
CLASS REQUIREMENTS: MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM INTERMEDIATE LEVEL SKILLS TO A PROFICIENT LEVEL. This class may be too difficult for tumblers without adequate experience. For any questions or concerns, please contact: adulttumbling757@gmail.com.
Attire: Make sure to bring water and wear comfortable athletic clothing. Remember, you will be barefoot for this class!
Waiver: The AT757 Waiver form and Coastal All-Stars waiver form must be filled out upon arrival at the gym. We cannot let you in to class until the waiver form is completed. This form only needs to be filled out one time. If you have attended a previous Adult Tumbling class you DO NOT have to fill this waiver out again.

***REFUND POLICY: All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE within 48 hours of the start of class. If you would like a refund, you must send a request via email (adulttumbling757@gmail.com) more than 48 hours before the start of class. Refunds are never guaranteed and always granted at our discretion.
***TRANSFER POLICY: All tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning you cannot save it for a later date or give it to another person.
