Zach Sorensen

Mental Performance Coach

Speaker

Zach Sorensen knows what it takes to perform when it counts. A three-time All-American at Wichita State and second-round pick by the Cleveland Indians in 1998, he spent 10 years grinding in pro ball, including time in the majors with the Indians and Angels. Those years taught him the hard truth: hesitation kills, and the mental game decides who wins.

After hanging up his cleats, he found his real purpose in mental performance coaching. He’s worked with the Texas Rangers, helped the Atlanta Braves win the 2021 World Series, and most recently with the Cincinnati Reds. Zach trains athletes to treat their mind like they treat their body - daily, deliberate, no excuses.

He’s the author of , host of , and he’s teaming up with Pison to build AI-powered tools that measure and sharpen focus, reaction time, and decision-making.

At our event, “The Elite Mindset: Why Hesitation Ends Here,” Zach will cut through the fluff and give you real ways to kill doubt and perform when the pressure’s on. No theory, just what actually works.
