Christian Bartley began his career in 2002, and became a Director with two partners in 2006. In 2010
everything changed. He decided to leave the safety of the partnership to go out on his own. He re-branded
his own business and had the freedom to implement all his own ideas without any hassle. Finally he could do
things his way and connect with the market in more meaningful ways. Christian was the first to create a real
estate company in his region that adopted a team-orientated approach. The business went from having 27
listings on day 1 to becoming the market leader in the two markets it operates in today - sales and property
management.
Early in his career, Christian silently endured the office arguments, bitchiness between agents and the
'dog-eat-dog' approach that still exists in so many agencies today. But there came a time when he felt
enough was enough. The negative workplace culture that existed became the catalyst to motivate him to
offer a strong point of difference. His business model has since proven to be so successful that others ready to
adapt to the modern way of working with people in a real estate market are following in his footsteps.
