During this course we'll be learning a new language...The language of love and apologies. This training is based off the teachings of Gary Chapman, the author of The 5 Love Languages and When Sorry Isn't Enough. During this course we're going to break down the 5 Love Languages and why they are important in both love and business (In business it's the language of appreciation and trust).
We will also be discussing the 5 languages of Apology. Have you ever had someone give you a heartfelt apology and you still didn't forgive them? Do you get annoyed, even mad when people apologize sometimes because it wasn't a true apology. During this discussion we're going to break down different apologies, help you recognize the way you want to receive apologies and ways to cope with apologies that....just don't seem right.
