CDS First Appointment orientation training supports new/returning clinical staff to prepare for and conduct First Appointments. This training provides an overview of the First Appointment service model, provides staff with an opportunity to reflect on the key clinical and inter-professional aspects of First Appointments and covers all associated operational processes.

Please note, prior to attending the training, staff are encouraged to review the First Appointment Operational Guidelines and Inter-Professional Referral Guide.
