- Thursday, 4/24/2025: 9-3:30 (registration starts at 8:30 am)
Getting to the conference:
- If you can carpool or take transit, please do so as parking is free but limited
- Parking
  - Park in the visitor spaces on site. See attached map for instructions
- Transit
  - From the East Bay
    - Take the BART Orange line south to Milpitas. Walk 3 minutes to catch the Orange light rail from S. Milpitas Blvd to Champion Station. Walk 6 minutes to the conference.
  - From the peninsula
    - Take the CalTrain south to Mountain View. Walk 3 minutes to catch the Orange light rail from Mountain View - Alum Rock to Champion Station. Walk 6 minutes to the conference.
Badges:
- Please feel free to wear your LHJ or State badge for the conference! We’ll also have sticky badges available.
Hydration
- There is a refillable water station on site, so please bring your reusable water bottles. We’ll also have other beverages available throughout the day: coffee and tea in the morning and at lunch
Network Gathering/Hangout
- We invite you to join us for dinner/network gathering at Clara’s Junction | New American Restaurant after day 1 for optional networking
- Address: 2221 Tasman Dr, Santa Clara CA. It’s a 20 minute walk or 10 minute drive from the conference
Luggage storage
- Feel free to bring your luggage to the conference. There is space at the back of the room for luggage storage.
