The Casablanca Eye Center is a state-of-the-art medical institution dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of eye diseases. Under the leadership of Dr. RAISS Abderrahmane, a pioneer in refractive surgery and one of the first specialists to introduce the SMILE technique in the region, the center has developed a strong reputation for excellence and innovation. Dr. RAISS Abderrahmane is widely recognized for his extensive expertise and his commitment to sharing knowledge and surgical experience with ophthalmologists from the whole world. Dr. Raiss Abderrahmane performed the first SMILE refractive laser procedure in 2010 and has since completed more than 12,000 SMILE laser refractive surgeries, reflecting a high level of surgical expertise and clinical experience. With more than 40 highly qualified ophthalmologists, the center provides comprehensive and specialized care covering all subspecialties of ophthalmology, supported by advanced technologies and internationally recognized medical practices. In addition, the center has established strong expertise in refractive surgery, having successfully performed more than 12,000 SMILE laser refractive surgeries. The center is proud to be the first ZEISS Refractive Training Center in Morocco and one of only six ZEISS refractive training centers worldwide. In this perspective, the center is developing an advanced ZEISS Refractive Training Center program in Corneal Laser Refractive Surgery designed for ophthalmologists and eye care professionals seeking high-level theoretical and practical expertise. The training program covers all key aspects of modern refractive surgery, including decision-making, workflow, pre-operative evaluation, advanced surgical procedures, complication management, and postoperative follow-up...
