This training session is for REALTORS® who are interested in developing their skills to be a spokesperson for their local association and the industry.  It is also available for those wishing to be a housing statistical spokesperson for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®.  A CAR spokesperson will be a media contact for the state and their region for the monthly housing statistics.  The program is to ensure REALTORS® are the Voice of Real Estate™.

This training is limted to new spokespeople and Leadership Academy participants.

This training will provide information on:

  • How to improve the quality of speeches and the confidence in which they are presented

  • Communicating authentically and presenting ideas in a natural & effective way

  • Developing a presence to connect with and inspire others

  • Building trust and credibility

  • How to be an effective ambassador for the real estate industry

  • Live, in studio interview tips*

*Please note in your reservation if you woul like to be considered for one of the one-on-one, in studio training sessions.  We will fit in as many participants as we can.

Cancellation policy

There is a $5.00 cancelation fee. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel 3 business days before the day of the class.  If a course is full, participants may be put on a waitlist.  If a registered student does not arrive on time, their space will be given up to the participant(s) on the waitlist.
