Car Seat Safety Training
Child Care Curriculum: Safety
About this Course:
During the Car Seat Safety class, you will learn how to select the correct car seat for each child, how to install common car seats, and learn to identify common misuse. Participants are encouraged to ask questions as the topic is very information dense.
Who should attend:
•Professional Foster Parents
•Relief Parents
•Program Staff
•Anyone who wants to learn more about safely installing and using car seats.
Learning Objectives:
•Identify the correct car seat for different children
•Demonstrate how to install common car seats
•Identify common car seat misuse/errors.
