Camp Lakewood Spring 2016

Come out and join us for our annual Camp Lakewood Spring event, a Dad/Child fundraising weekend campout. This years spring campout will be at Camp Olympia on Lake Livingston in Trinity, Texas on Friday, April 8 to Sunday, April 10, 2016. Camp Olympia was started by 2 UT football players and is a sports themed campground. It has a full football and soccer fields as well as an amazing baseball/softball field on the waters edge. It also has a 9 hole mini golf course modeled after the fabled Whispering Pines course next door. We will have access to all camp ground activities and fields including archery, riflery, canoeing, rock wall, giant swing, mini golf, inflatable trampoline and more. Horseback riding will be available for an additional $5 per rider (paid at camp). Saturday Lunch and Dinner will be included with your registration.  All registered kids will receive a FREE Camp Lakewood T-Shirt. (specify t-shirt size at registration)

The campout is open to all Lakewood boys and girls in grades K-5 and child will need to be accompanied by a Dad. We will assign cabins by gender and grade. If you missed out last year, sign up early this year. All cabins will be full of Lakewood kids and Dads. Last year sold out quick, so sign up early.

All profits from this camp out go directly back into Lakewood Elementary. This has become an annual Spring tradition and one of the main fundraiser events for FOL.  We rely on your support for events like these to provide the educational programming, physical activities, and capital improvements that make the educational experience at Lakewood second to none.
