Our special guest will be Trista Gonzalez, the newly appointed Director of the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA). Formerly the agency’s deputy director, Trista Gonzalez now leads CDTFA as it navigates a range of regulatory issues, including the recently announced Interested Parties Meeting on the Technology Transfer Agreement regulation.

During this informal discussion, Director Gonzalez will:

  • Outline her vision and early priorities for CDTFA
  • Provide insight into the status of the Technology Transfer Agreement regulatory process
  • Answer your questions on how the department plans to engage taxpayers and practitioners
