A structured orientation to the roles of nurses in CACH for all new nurses or those identified with learning needs on changing roles or returning after a prolonged gap in practice.

Tuesday  - All nurses

Wednesday  - Screening and surveillance

Thursday - concurrent sessions for School and Child Health (specify which is required with Yes or No

  • School Health - AM Concurrent program CDIS training (SEHA)/ Introduction to Adolescent health  
  • School Health - PM Development and school health practice issues

  • Child Health - Refresher on EPDS, DDH, Red Reflex, supporting familes and parental concerns, child health practice issues 

Friday - Mandatory e-learning  education in Regions

Following Wednesday 22nd February - Child Health CDIS
