If you are a current owner or a future owner of a Condominium/Homeowners Association or Cooperative in Northeast Florida, this is a venue for you!

We are presentig an opportunity for potential buyers and sellers in shared ownership communities to learn about the intricacies of listing, leasing,  and buying, as well as the documents that a seller/landlord is required to provide and the documents that a buyer is required to receive.

Learn what your real estate agent, community manager, family and friends may not know about what you need to know to successfully purchase and sell with less liability risk.  All current owners in community associations, Board members, REALTORS(R), and potential buyers are invited!

Areas we will cover in 2 hours:

Florida Laws for Condos, Cooperatives, and HOA's (different strokes for different folks)

What A seller needs to provide - Documents, rules, budgets (notice to the Association)

What a Buyer needs to receive - Documents, rules, budgets

How to tell if an association is in trouble

Rights of rescission

What an Association may or may not request or require (Rights of refusal, approval authority, Fair Housing)

We will have an opportunity for questions and answers at the end of this session!
