Business Case Writing provides a practical, step-by-step process for writing a clear, concise and actionable business case. A business case explores all feasible approaches to a given problem and enables business owners to select the option that best takes the organization forward. Its purpose is to define the parameters, risks and management factors involved within the project. It can be considered as a tool for the project manager to guide the design, management and evaluation of the project.
