In this training, we will further explore the aspects of a family child care business budget. We will define bad debt and discuss strategies to reduce it by reviewing the pros and cons of systems of fee collection. We will define and calculate the breakeven point for each family child care. We will discuss the importance of knowing the cost per child and how this affects the budget. By the end of the training, each program will finish entering their budget information to calculate their cost per child.
